Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are between you and YapsGG. By using Stormi you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you got Stormi from the App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps also applies; where they conflict, these terms apply between you and us.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 to use Stormi. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what your bots do with the tools you connect.

What bots do

Bots are AI agents. They can be wrong, misunderstand a request, or produce content you didn't expect. Review their work before relying on it, especially for anything legal, medical, or financial.

Bots ask before they send, pay, delete, or submit. When you approve an action, or choose to always approve a plugin, you're telling the bot to act on your behalf, and you're responsible for that action.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stormi to:

• Break the law, or the terms of a service you connect.
• Send spam, harass people, or impersonate someone.
• Access accounts or data you're not allowed to.
• Create content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence, or infringes someone's rights.
• Interfere with Stormi, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you put into Stormi and what your bots make for you is yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

Bots use AI models through OpenRouter and the services you connect through plugins. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them or for their availability.

Costs

Stormi is free to download. Bots may run on Stormi's model account within reasonable limits, which we can change. If you connect your own OpenRouter account, OpenRouter bills you directly for what your bots use.

The service

Stormi is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, YapsGG isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by actions you approved.

Ending

You can stop using Stormi and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end your access if you break these terms.
