Is Stormi free?
Yes. Stormi is free to download, with no subscription and no in-app purchases. Bots start on Stormi's model account.
What does running a bot cost?
The cost of an AI agent is the AI model's tokens. Small, fast models cost fractions of a cent per request; large reasoning models cost more. Settings › Usage shows what each bot spent, by bot and by model.
Why connect my own OpenRouter account?
To choose any model without limits, set your own spending cap, and pay model providers directly at OpenRouter's prices. Your key is encrypted on Stormi's server and never sent to your iPhone.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign in with Apple and your bots are ready.
